Resources and Reference

The inevitable coalescence of personal and professional growth necessitated by the path of a creative professional is one of the aspects of this existence which so attracts me to it. When participating in Q&A sessions in connection with an exhibit, talking shop with fellow creatives, or simply conversing with the pubic at art shows or open studio events, the conversation often returns to the realities of surviving and thriving as a working artist. The practical side of those conversations often reference specific products, websites, or organizations that I have found useful or essential over the years and would like to share with others. The object of this page to provide a listing of such items so that I can refer others to it rather than emailing links after each show, or worse yet, forgetting to do so. You also might regard this page as an extension of my about page; herein lies detailed information regarding the products, equipment, and contacts which I utilize in order to do what I do, as well as a means of allowing prospective clients to research the attributes of the materials used in my work. A rising tide lifts all ships; I firmly believe in creating cooperative and mutually encouraging relationships with others who share this creative life or wish to do so. I welcome your comments, questions, or critiques of the items below; and hope that their inclusion here might prove to be a valuable resource for someone who stumbles across it.
